Just your professional headshot, a brief bio, social media links, contact information, and whether you want the optional personal video. That’s it – we handle everything else.
Can I see what my prospects experience before going live?
Absolutely! We encourage you to sign up as a test lead with a different email address to experience the full prospect journey yourself.

Do I have to write anything myself?
Nope. RevX handles all content creation — blogs, emails, and lead magnets — and brands it to you automatically. You just share the links.
How often is new content added to my site?
We add fresh blog content weekly, so you always have something new to share. Your email sequences are also updated regularly to stay current.
Can I customize or edit the content?
You can customize your bio, photos, and personal story. The blog content and email sequences are professionally written and optimized for conversion, but you can always add your personal touch to social media posts.
What topics does the content cover?

How often should I share my content?
We recommend sharing at least one blog per week. But feel free to post more often, especially on social media or in agent groups.

Yes! We offer an optional upgrade: 4 done-for-you social posts per month for just $50. They’re branded, scheduled, and designed to match your voice.
Can I upgrade with a personal branded video?
Yes! You can add a personal branded video for a one-time fee of $250. This can be added during onboarding or anytime after your site is live.
What social media platforms work best with RevX?
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and agent-focused groups work great. The key is consistency, not being everywhere at once.
Can I use RevX content in email signatures?
Absolutely! Your custom RevX URL works perfectly in email signatures, giving every email recipient a chance to learn more about you.

How do I know when someone becomes a lead?
You get instant email notifications with their complete contact information – name, phone number, and email address.
How quickly should I follow up with new leads?
We recommend reaching out within 15 minutes if possible. They may still be browsing your website, making it the perfect time to answer questions.
What happens to leads in the automated system?
They enter a professionally crafted email nurture sequence that runs for up to 3 years, keeping you top-of-mind until they’re ready to make a move.
Can I download my prospect list?
Yes! All your leads are yours to keep. You can export your contact list anytime.
Do I need my own CRM?
Not necessarily. RevX provides lead notifications and basic tracking. But if you have a CRM you love, you can easily import your RevX leads.
